Ginger & Passion Caipirinha and Piña Colada

 

Ingredients for Ginger & Passion Caipirinha

Cachaça
Lime juice
Ginger
Passion fruit
Cane sugar

 

Presentation

 

Serve in a lowball glass with crushed ice and garnish with dried lime. Accompany with caramel and salt popcorn.

 

 

Ingredients for Piña Colada

 
Products 
Pineapple
Coconut milk and pulp
Coconut syrup
White rum

 

* For a non-alcoholic option, follow the same formula, but omit the white rum.

 

Presentation

 

Serve in a tall glass with crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint. Serve with cinnamon popcorn.
