The star dessert of the month of love: "Raspberry and Mango Heart"
As is now tradition, Paradores sweetens the month of Valentine's Day with an exclusive dessert created especially for the occasion. This year, the catering team presents "Raspberry and Mango Heart", a delicate creation that invites romance from the first glance.
This dessert surprises with its balance of flavours and textures. A base of raspberry purée, fresh and slightly tart. Inside, mango and passion fruit sorbet, providing a refreshing tropical contrast. Freeze-dried raspberries and crunchy chocolate and cereal, adding intensity and texture. All this is topped with a rose water, flower and raspberry mousse, which adds an aromatic, elegant and very subtle touch.
The result is a refreshing, colourful and delicate creation, designed to surprise and delight, perfect for putting the finishing touch to a romantic dinner.
