At Paradores it is a pleasure to start the day. Is there anything more satisfying than a good breakfast after a restful night's sleep? The complete and varied buffet breakfasts that Paradores generally offer, one of their hallmarks, have earned a fair reputation and are one of the services most highly valued by customers.
The first meal of the day in our establishments offers a suggestive distinctive proposal in unique locations, with features specific to each Parador. This is a characteristic of the rest of the culinary offer of the network, which guarantees a unique experience in each of the 98 hotels of the network. A service, by the way, that is not exclusively available to guests staying at the hotels. It is also open to the general public, who are welcome to come to the Parador just to enjoy the spectacular breakfast or simply have a drink in our one of our gastronomic spaces.
To breakfast at Paradores is to be prepared to taste the best quality coffee, infusions, freshly squeezed juice, a variety of breads with jams, tomato, hummus or avocado cream and the best EVOO, assorted natural and processed seasonal fruits, yoghurts with toppings, vegetable drinks, a careful selection of cold meats, sausages, cured meats and local and regional cheeses, wine, cava... and much more.
One of our main distinguishing features is the wide selection of handmade pastries, cakes and sweets, with regional varieties typical of each Parador (perrunillas, mantecados, rosquillas de Ledesma, bollo maimón, leche frita, bartolillos, fartons...) and traditional specialities for each season or festivity (torrijas, buñuelos, huesos de santo, roscón de reyes...).
But if there is something that really makes us stand out from other hotel chains, it is our à la carte offer of hot dishes which are prepared on request on the spot in the kitchen. In addition to a variety of forms of egg dishes (fried, scrambled, omelette...), served with a selection of side dishes (bacon, ratatouille, roast tomato...), you can order churros with hot chocolate or regional dishes, such as migas del pastor in some Paradors.
Nor is there a problem if the customer has any food allergies or intolerances. Gluten-free, lactose-free, fructose-free, vegan and vegetarian breakfast options are also available.
