At Paradores, we believe that our commitment to communities is part of our founding mission. That is why, beyond offering unique experiences, we work to make a positive impact on communities and actively contribute to social and environmental well-being.
Some of our initiatives do just that: they move people. This is the case with our collaboration with the Fundación Mujeres in the charity run “Run for the Orphans of Gender-Based Violence”, an event held in February that combines sport and solidarity to support children who are victims of gender-based violence. At Paradores, we contribute by holding a prize draw for gift boxes amongst the participants, as a thank you for their involvement. This collaboration forms part of a broader commitment by Paradores to the Fundación Mujeres, which also includes support for the Soledad Cazorla Scholarship Fund, an initiative aimed at improving educational opportunities for children orphaned by gender-based violence.

Not all actions that move people do so by taking steps. Some do so by raising awareness. This is the case with Earth Hour, a global movement we join every year to remind ourselves of the importance of taking action against climate change and the loss of biodiversity. With a symbolic gesture of switching off the lights in our establishments on the last Saturday in March, we invite people to reflect on the power of collective action.

Because every small gesture counts. Because every step adds up. And because at Paradores we believe that every stay can leave a mark.
The impact of your stay is also social.
