One of the most famous spots in Nerja is the Balcón de Europa (Europe's Balcony), an open vantage point to the Mediterranean Sea. It is a must if you visit Nerja, everyone goes there and it is a place where wonderful views of the sea and the coast can be enjoyed. Next to it, you can find the Ermita de San Miguel, another charming church in Nerja.

Essential! If you visit Nerja you cannot miss the Nerja Cave. It is probably the most famous thing around the place because of being a prehistoric treasure with cave paintings and archeologic remains.
