The cuisine on offer at the iconic Parador de León - Hostal San Marcos is based on the rich and varied traditional cuisine of León with a modern twist. Food featuring renowned local products such as cecina and León black pudding, where a tasty and essential dish such as Castile and León suckling lamb reigns supreme.

Traditional gastronomy combined with a local concept of the Aran Valley cuisine is the hallmark of the Parador de Artíes. It has a menu of local and regional products, as well as exquisite grilled dishes and delicious informal dishes to share.

The Parador de Sos de Rey Católico is a faithful exponent of Aragonese cuisine which offers tradition and authenticity in the aromas and flavours of the gastronomy of the Cinco Villas region. A commitment to local and seasonal products in a region boasting a wide variety and quality of vegetables and the prized Aragon suckling lamb.

Authenticity and top quality local produce characterise the gastronomic offer of the Parador de Aiguablava. A proposal that brings to the plate the breathtaking beauty and uniqueness of the landscape of the Costa Brava. Traditional Mediterranean and market cuisine with fish from the fish market, seafood and rice dishes.

The gastronomic offer of the Parador de Alcañiz is based on updated traditional Aragonese cuisine and seasonal local produce. It includes dishes such as El Pilar beans, borage, Aragonese veal, baturra-style cod, ham from Teruel and peaches from Calanda. The cafeteria and, in summer, the Cloister Terrace allow you to enjoy a more informal menu.

The Parador de Baiona offers the best Galician cuisine in a unique spot with spectacular views over the bay and the Cíes Islands. Here you will be able to enjoy two restaurant spaces, the restaurant Torre del Príncipe and the Enxebre A Pinta. They both offer an exquisite traditional cuisine based on local fish and seafood, and Ternera Gallega I.G.P. meats.

Inland Catalan cuisine is expressed in all its glory at the Parador de Lérida. Quality local ingredients, traditional recipes with a modern twist and excellent service are the core of its culinary experience. A commitment to regional cuisine brought up to date with local specialities based on snails, cod, sausages and vegetables from the market gardens of Lérida.

Located on the Levantine Costa del Azahar, the gastronomic offer of the Parador de Benicarló includes fish and seafood caught in the Mediterranean as well as produce from the market garden, with the excellent local artichoke at the forefront - which has a Designation of Origin - the basis of succulent dishes typical of the area, such as rice dishes and fideuás (short noodles).

The gastronomic offer of the Parador de Chinchón is typical from Madrid, as is characteristic of the capital of garlic and aniseed, two products that have left their mark on its recipes. Roasts, soups and stews stand out, and in winter it is a place of pilgrimage to try the local variant of the typical cocido madrileño stew.

 

The El Bodegón restaurant begins its season in November and opens only on weekends.
