The Parador de Molina de Aragón is a unique space to enjoy a gastronomic meal in a unique and welcoming environment with views of the castle.

We offer a tempting menu of local dishes: shepherd's breadcrumbs with lavender aroma, smoked trout salad, morteruelo (a type of pâté), torreznillos (fried pork belly), artisan cheeses, cod, roasted shoulder of kid goat and, for dessert, the famous cow's feet.
