With a different experience in each establishment allowing you to discover and enjoy the culinary variety and richness of all the regions of Spain. Researchers and curators of traditional recipes, creators of contemporary cuisine based on traditional roots, dishes with identity, local produce, seasonal raw ingredients, talent in the kitchen... Local and sustainable cuisine

Our firm commitment to local products results, in addition to a differentiated cuisine with a strong local identity, in a contribution to the economic and social sustainability of the environment in which we operate. Supporting local producers not only allows us to supply top quality organic products, but also gives a decisive boost to the local economy, to the maintenance of the rural environment and helps to stop depopulation in generally disadvantaged areas.

Cuisine for children

The little ones are also protagonists in our restaurants, for them we have selected a varied gastronomic proposal focused on values ​​such as nutrition and flavor.

Of course, and also for the little ones, we have dishes adapted to food intolerances.
 

Children's Menu (Up to 12 years)


A nutritious children's menu for all tastes. In addition, so that everyone can enjoy our cuisine without having to give up anything, our offer is also designed for children with celiac disease.
 

There are two options:
 

  • Half menu: Starter or Main + Dessert + Drink = € 13 (VAT included)
  • Full menu: Starter + Main + Dessert + Drink = € 16.50 (VAT included)

Our wine list was designed with the main aim of making it easier for guests to choose the most suitable wine for any occasion. The wines are grouped in categories:

We have 100 restaurants and more than 200 function rooms, allowing us to fit our customers' needs like a glove, whether they would like us to organize an intimate gathering or a seminar for several hundred people.
