Hemos estado en uno de los torreones (515), habitacion muy comoda, y moderna.
La única pega ha sido en el resturante al ir a preguntar a restaurante si había hueco para cenar (siendo consciente de que era tarde y lo más logico hubiese sido que no tuvieran hueco). Parecía que me estaban echando la bronca y la persona que me atendió me habló con mucha condescendencia. Yo dejé claro que solo era una pregunta y no teniamos problema en cenar en la cafetería (buena carta también), pero el trato fue muy incómodo. Como si fuera el favor de mi vida me dijo que me hiba a hacer la reserva. Despues de esta situación comprobamos que el restaurante no se llenó en ningún momento.
Sería conveniente el servicio recogida de huéspedes para acceder al parador, tiene un acceso muy largo y en cuentas para ir con equipaje desde el parking
Un établissement qui mériterait une grosse rénovation.
Il faut aller dans le centre de Teruel à voiture mais se garer au pied de l’escalier célèbre de la ville.
Le personnel est efficace et aimable.
Piscine bien agréable.
Le bar n’est pas très cosy…
Nous avons essayé le restaurant barbecue en extérieur. Très sympa. Petit manque de cohérence dans les plats : certains sont très généreux, d’autres pas du tout !
Chambre propre, bonne literie, mais petite comme la salle de bains. Manque de prises électriques.
We booked a basic room through your Amigos program. Got a room with a tiny bed of 150 cm. Fair enough, since it is a basic room ( although I would recommend larger beds such as minimum 160 cm since 150 is really small!)
The room was smelly and after a while we disvored the reason: mold (moho in Spanish). We tried to ventialte the room but that was impossible because the windowwas comming right in the central patio where guests had their drinks, that is fiectlynnearbour window. We complained about this and asked for a written proof of our complaint. This refused by the reception, apparently also by theanaget who had been phonef while being absent. Als no complaint form was given as is obliged by law (as we heard from your very kind servicedesk, we called later on)
