In the city

Parador de Zamora

The former palace of the Counts of Alba de Aliste is today home to the Parador de Zamora. A beautiful 15th century Renaissance palace built in the centre of the city. Although the building has a military appearance its interior design is full of sophisticated effects. One highlight is the magnificent Renaissance courtyard with a glazed wooden gallery and heraldic coats of arms. The decoration is in the medieval style, as shown by the armour, the noble tapestries and the canopied beds. The Parador completes its offer with two convention rooms, a refreshing swimming pool and an excellent cuisine in its restaurant.

Parador de Toledo

Make your visit to Toledo an unforgettable experience by staying at the Parador de Toledo. The Mudejar-inspired building offers the best panoramic view of the City of the Three Cultures from its terrace, lounges and rooms. At the Parador de Toledo you’ll enjoy spacious, luxurious facilities combined with beams, staircases and wooden floors. Here you’ll find a warm, welcoming atmosphere that’s ideal for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing; you can, for example, take relaxing dip in the swimming pool or enjoy the gastronomic delights of La Mancha on the terrace. All without taking your eyes off the beautiful Toledo skyline.

Parador de Zafra

The Parador de Zafra is located in what was once the palace of the Dukes of Feria. The building clearly shows its long and rich history, which includes the Estremaduran explorer Hernán Cortés, an illustrious guest of the palace. The building was originally a fortress, and it went from being a Muslim fortress to be the palatial residence of the dukes. Its spectacular façade gives way to a refined interior containing the nine original towers crowned with battlements. The Parador preserves beautifully coffered ceilings, chests, ironwork, handrails and decorative elements from the old palace. The beautiful interior courtyard and the spectacular views of the city from the terrace are a highlight. An extensive range of spacious and stately rooms, an outdoor swimming pool and the well-tended garden complete the hotel's attractions.

Parador de Teruel

The Parador de Teruel offers a compendium of the Mudejar art that predominates in the city of Teruel. It is on the outskirts of the city, in a palace inspired by Mudejar art and decorated with marble, tiles, pointed arches and Arabic details.

Parador de Úbeda

The Parador de Úbeda was the first palace to be converted into a Parador. It was originally built as the residence of the chaplain of the funeral chapel of El Salvador and is located in a central square where it shares space with some of the city's most outstanding monuments. The building’s Renaissance architecture is notable for its façade and splendid central courtyard, which is one of the most beautiful in Úbeda. The large windows on the façade bathe the interior in light; its elegant rooms and majestic halls are fully equipped to hold meetings and events.

Parador de Soria

Surrounded by an impressive forest, atop a hill, is the Parador de Soria. A privileged place from which you can enjoy an extraordinary panoramic view of the city, the valley and the River Duero. The building is new and its highlights include the large windows that make it to miss nothing of the dazzling scenery. The interior is elegant and modern, and the light-toned decoration lends the spaces warmth.

Parador de Segovia

Three kilometres from the historic centre of Segovia is the Parador. A modern building surrounded by large gardens with an outdoor swimming pool from which you can see the historic buildings that make up the city’s skyline. The interior is decorated in a classic style, with care taken over every detail. The spacious lobby and the lounge with its magnificent fireplace are highlights. It has a large number of rooms, which are decorated in warm colours that invite you to relax, and some of them contain furnished terraces from which you can look over more of Segovia.

Parador de Santo Domingo Bernardo de Fresneda

Only 400 metres away from the historical centre of Santo Domingo de la Calzada, the Parador de Santo Domingo Bernardo de Fresneda stands within the Monastery of San Francisco, a beautiful 16th c. monastery.

The Parador is a building of contrasts, striking a perfect balance between tradition and modernity. Its cosy stone-walled rooms, its union of warm red and blue-grey tones and its art collection of classical and avant garde works, will make your stay an unforgettable one. It also has magnificent salons for your most important events.

Parador de Santillana Gil Blas

A magnificent 17th c. noble town house stands in the heart of Santillana del Mar, a town declared as a National Monument. This building is now the Parador de Santillana Gil Blas, which takes its name from the famous literary rogue created by Alain-René Lesage in 1715.

Behind an attractive stone façade, a hospitable and elegant interior awaits you, with wooden floors and comfortable rooms, some of which have a fireplace. All this, combined with the regional décor, will take you back to an earlier, more peaceful age, ideal for enjoying a pleasant evening accompanied by the Parador’s excellent cuisine.

Parador de Santillana del Mar

Santillana del Mar is known as “The town of three lies” because it is not holy, not flat and has no sea. Even so, it’s one of the most tourist-oriented places in Spain, and is protected with the designation of an Historic-Artistic Site. Two buildings in this town are the headquarters of Paradors. The Parador de Santillana del Mar is a new building which, while respecting the town’s surroundings, reproduces popular mountain architecture and has a large, pleasant terrace. It also has a restaurant, a bar, a sauna and a garden. Its spacious rooms, which are large-capacity and boast natural light, have the services and equipment necessary to hold all kinds of events.
