The Parador de Salamanca is on the left bank of the river Tormes, opposite the historic city centre. It’s a modern building with windows facing the most iconic buildings in Salamanca, which you can observe while you take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool or relax in the garden. The hotel also has a gym, sauna and a conference centre for all kinds of events.

    The city of Salamanca, declared a World Heritage Site, has a rich historical, cultural and architectural heritage. A stroll through its historic quarter should always include a visit to the Plaza Mayor, one of the most beautiful squares in Spain; the Casa de las Conchas, which is famous for its façade; visiting the cathedrals, ascending their terraces and strolling among gargoyles and bells; and looking for the frog on the façade of the historic University building, the oldest in Spain.
