The Parador occupies what was the monastery of Nuestra Señora del Paraíso, which was founded by the first lords of Chinchón in the 15th c. The remaining features of the original building are the cloister and stairway, along with the old chapel, which was converted into a very special suite.

 

The building can be found in the heart of the medieval town. It has large gardens and a typical monastic kitchen garden that is now full of fruit trees and creates an ideal space to disconnect and relax next to the swimming pool located in the old monastery stables.
