Espectacular la estancia en habitación 204 con su pequeña terraza, destacó la amabilidad del personal y sobre todo y como diferenciador a otros paradores las actividades promovidas por el director, concierto, visita guiada al parador, etccc, es la primera vez después de muchas visitas a paradores que el director me escribe un email antes de llegar y sale personalmente a despedirnos e interesarse por nuestra estancia, sistema de parador pero elevado a 2.0 gracias al equipo y a su director
Destacar la amabilidad y atención de todo su personal y en especial el de recepción, que tuvo la especial atención de enseñarnos las nuevas instalaciones para celebraciones y eventos como el Fin de Año. También genial el desayuno y su personal. Precioso Parador muy recomendable.
Would like to offer my appreciation especially to Ms Wei ( FEI ) - the receptionist at Parador De Avila as after our stay at the hotel, just as we were departing after checking out, we noticed that the front tire of our rented car was punctured.
As we were not able to converse in Spanish and the AVIS operator was unable to speak English, I rushed back to the hotel and asked for help.
Ms Wei unselfishly volunteered to assist us to communicate and make all the arrangements with AVIS Car Rental firstly to tow our car to the garage and then arrange for AVIS to get a taxi to send us to AVIS Salamanca which is our next destination so that we can get a replacement vehicle there and continue on our journey. while she waited and stayed with us so as to act as our translator and mediator.
The service we get from the staff of Parador De Avila was already excellent and the service provided by Ms Wei is definitely way beyond her duties. Her dedication towards customer satisfaction is indeed admirable and we will still be stuck in Avila if not for her prompt attention and timely assistance in our hour of need.
Kindly send her our most sincerely appreciation and we feel that she is indeed an asset to Parador Group. We will definitely recommend anyone to stay in Paradores when visiting Spain and especially at Parador De Avila.
