Restaurant of the Parador de Trujillo

a taste of convent cuisine

In the modern refectory of the Parador de Trujillo, a spectacular refurbished space, you’ll enjoy the mysticism of Trujillo’s exquisite cuisine. An austere but powerful kitchen. A menu with the flavour of Iberian Acorn-fed Ham, an assortment of Cáceres cheeses, tomato soup with cumin and figs, beef sirloin with Torta del Casar sauce or melted cheese ice cream with Villuercas and Ibores honey.
