The best Galician cuisine with views of the Cíes Islands
The Parador de Baiona offers the best Galician cuisine in a unique spot with spectacular views over the bay and the Cíes Islands. Here you will be able to enjoy two restaurant spaces, the restaurant Torre del Príncipe and the Enxebre A Pinta. They both offer an exquisite traditional cuisine based on local fish and seafood, and Ternera Gallega I.G.P. meats.
Traditional purity
The term “Enxebre” is strongly linked to the traditional, the pure, the authentic Galician. In A Pinta you can taste, with a more informal concept and in a seafaring atmosphere, dishes such as octopus á feira (with potatoes and paprika), empanada del obrador (savoury pie), Galician cheeses, zamburiñas á grella (small scallops) or baked scallops. Through the cuisine you will get to know the essence of Galicia. During the summer it is open every day. The rest of the year it only opens on Saturdays for lunch and dinner and Sundays for lunch.

The best views of the southern Rias Baixas
Baiona is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the province of Vigo. Its lookout points reveal one of the reasons why: the Cíes Islands. This pristine natural paradise is home to "the most beautiful beach in the world", the Rodas Beach. The Cíes Islands are part of the National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia.
Ribeira Beach, Concheira Beach and Barbiera Beach will become some of your favourite sites , in addition to losing yourself in the medieval old town of Baiona, and heading up to the Virgen de la Roca lookout point.
Enjoy the tranquil surroundings in the Parador’s walled courtyard, relax in its elegant interior spaces, and extend the day with a glass of wine in the garden. Don't forget to book a table in one of our restaurants for the best local produce which includes, of course, fish and seafood.
