What are the conditions of stay?

• Remember that points are deducted at the end of your stay, so you must have the necessary points at the time of your stay. 
• For point rates, extra beds (adults) and meals are paid for in euros.

Terms and conditions

• Exclusively applicable to Amigo Card holders.

• You must have the required points at the time of your stay. Points are not deducted when you make the reservation, but rather when you check in.

• Offer subject to a limited number of rooms. See other points rates.

• The number of points indicated corresponds to a standard room for 1 or 2 people. 

• For reservations of multiple rooms, one cardholder must stay per room. Each cardholder can only pay for their own room with their points, and exceptionally, for the rooms of their children under 14 years of age.

• Extra beds and their corresponding meal plans cannot be paid for with points. Price for an adult in an extra bed: €20. Children up to and including 12 years stay free. Breakfast for adults: €12.15. Breakfast for children up to and including 12 years: €6.08.

• In case of no-show or cancellation outside the deadline, the points corresponding to one night may be deducted. If the cardholder does not have the required number of points, the amount will be charged in euros at a rate of €0.35 per point to the credit card that guarantees the reservation.

• This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or special prices and is subject to a limited number of rooms.
• The application calendar is subject to change without prior notice.
• The prices quoted include the taxes applicable by law on the date of publication. Any variation in the applicable tax items, bases or rates will have a corresponding impact on the final price of the service on the date it is provided.
