  • The numbered card included in the gift box and duly validated is the only operational element of this gift box.
  • Gift Boxes cannot be extended or exchanged, and are not refundable.
  • It is necessary to book in advance and provide the number of the gift card, its name and its expiration date.
  • It must be shown at the Parador upon arrival.
  • At some Paradores and during peak seasons, weekends and Easter Week, the availability of the rooms included in this Gift Box is reduced.
  • The free breakfast for Círculo holders and the breakfast discount for Oro holders are not applicable with this Gift Box.
  • The card does not exclude the guest from the minimum board conditions that some establishments may apply.
  • It cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Paradores shall not be held responsible for cards that are lost or stolen.
  • The application conditions are subject to possible change without prior notice.

  • During high-demand seasons, availability is reduced. However, in order to facilitate the consumption of gift boxes on these dates, the card may be presented. This Gift Box can be exchanged for two nights at the same Parador, for one or two people, in a standard double room with bed and breakfast.

The validity period of this box is three years from the date of purchase.
