Muy bien todo, excepto que sigue Paradores sin remodelar los baños en cuanto a la instalación de placa ducha necesaria para personas mayores evitando posibles caidas.
Beautiful hotel, great meal at the restaurant BUT
Our room was shabby and it stank more and more like a sewer coming from the bathroom, so much so, I had to vomit all the lovely food I ate at the restaurant 🥹
My husband got a bad headache from the fumes and I think it is a health hazard/ violation.
We spoke to reception but the man wasn’t very interested.
It was revolting and we were awake all night, first we couldn’t open the windows as people were sitting right outside and we wanted to sleep but then the smell got so bad we had to open the windows… then I was sick badly!
We have stayed in Parador Salamanca prior to this and it was beautiful and clean and fresh and we were very disappointed in our room this time especially as it was much more expensive than Salamanca.
We think the hotel owes us a discount or voucher after they have checked and clarified the disgusting fumes from this bathroom (it obviously has bad sewer issues)
We joined the amigas Programme as we want to travel Spain a lot and we drive through Spain too between portugal and Switzerland and we thought we had found an excellent hotel chain.
We are very disappointed that all we were told was a disgruntled „sorry“
To pay so much for a sleepless night with vomiting and headache etc is not ok, we walked the whole Camino this April and rooms for 30-40.- euros were better than the one we were given!
Excelente parador, por su ubicación en la parte alta de Sigüenza, la reconstrucción del castillo y la ambientación interior. Es una forma genial de acercar a los niños a la Edad Media.

Experimente vivir en un castillo, excelente comida, desayuno también, habitaciones grandes y buenas camas, apacar limitado ariba, hay más abajo, pero luego una subida empinada hasta la recepción. personal amigable
Una gratísima sorpresa. Por fin en este Parador al que ansiaba ir. Esta claro que con una ubicación tan maravillosa es difícil no caer rendido a sus pies. La habitación con vistas preciosas; cómoda, amplia y funcional; el baño estaba muy bien, parecía reformado no hace mucho. Además, el trato del personal es excelente. Los desayuno están muy bien organizados por Inés, una persona de trato afable y eficiente.
