Local and sustainable cuisine
Our firm commitment to local products results, in addition to a differentiated cuisine with a strong local identity, in a contribution to the economic and social sustainability of the environment in which we operate. Supporting local producers not only allows us to supply top quality organic products, but also gives a decisive boost to the local economy, to the maintenance of the rural environment and helps to stop depopulation in generally disadvantaged areas.
Cuisine for Children
Paradores has developed a new selection of children's dining options with the aim of highlighting and promoting the virtues of the Mediterranean diet among kids. This diet is included on UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity list.

A nutritious child's menu with something for everybody. And so that everyone can enjoy our cuisine without having to sacrifice a thing, our menus also offer gluten-free options.
The are two menus available:
- Half menu: First or second dish + Dessert + Drink = €12 (VAT included).
- Complete menu: First + Second dish + Dessert + Drink = €16 (VAT included)

We have prepared a special selection of gluten-free dishes with the support of the Spanish Federation of Coeliac Associations (FACE).

Our Wine List. A showcase for Spanish wines
Our wine list was designed with the main aim of making it easier for guests to choose the most suitable wine for any occasion. The wines are grouped in categories:

Reds
Depending on the Parador, the Wine List will include between 15 and 90 selections, with regional wines being highlighted.

We have 100 restaurants and more than 200 function rooms, allowing us to fit our customers' needs like a glove, whether they would like us to organize an intimate gathering or a seminar for several hundred people.
Hold your event beneath the coffered ceiling of a medieval tower, have your wedding in a monastery cloister, meet up with old friends in the middle of a nature reserve, and many more options. There's no doubt about it, holding a conference, meeting or private celebration at a Parador offers you added value.
