Compared to my recent review of the parador at Bielsa, the restaurant at Cambados could not be faulted. This morning there was a large group in breakfast and I got proper personal attention from the waiter, despite the pressure on them with the big group. The fried eggs were freshly cooked and delivered at exactly the time I asked for. The range and quality of ingredients was very good and the breads were excellent. This shames the comments I received in response to my comments about the poor breakfast at Bielsa in September.
