Como en casi todos los paradores, el servicio de cafetería de tarde/noche es horrible, tanto que nos levantamos sin comer nada, para que nos trajesen la bebida me tuve que levantar dos veces y una tercera para las servilletas.
ESPECTACULAR EL NUEVO PARADOR Y LAS HABITACIONES, MUY AMPLIAS Y CÓMODAS. SIN EMBARGO, DEFRAUDA EL SERVICIO DE RESTAURACIÓN. EN LA PRIMERA CENA SE LES OLVIDÓ SERVIRNOS EL APERITIVO, CARTA MUY CORTA, DE LOS 5 PLATOS PRINCIPALES, FALTABA UNO Y TRAS PEDIR OTRO DE ELLOS, NOS COMENTARON QUE SE LES HABÍA AGOTADO EL PRODUCTO. ADEMÁS, INCLUYEN PLATOS QUE, EN REALIDAD, CORRESPONDEN A BAR / CAFETERÍA. NO TIENE SENTIDO INCLUIR ESE TIPO DE PLATOS (ENTREPANES) EN UNA CARTA DE RESTAURANTE.
Los desayunos son repetitivos, de baja calidad, a reposteria industrial, falta de oferta local, p.e. el aceite es el mismo, aceptable pero en España la variedad oleicola debería ser utilizada en una cadena como paradores
En la calificación general pongo menos puntuación porque el parador se encontraba en obras y no se pudo disfrutar de todo el conjunto. especialmente los jardines.
This Parador has a very good standard, from internal decor to cleanliness, from kindness of staff to quality of food and wines. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the restaurant because the opening is a bit late for us but the food served in the cafeteria was very good and properly prepared. The two gentlemen at the reception were friendly and polite. We love historical Paradores, we would rate yours one of the best, along with Leon, Siguenza and Trujillo.
