Reception staff were helpful on check in but did not offer to help with luggage. We saw other guests have their luggage taken to their rooms. This was disappointing.
Breakfast was extremely disappointing. We were shown to a table that was already occupied and the staff member didn’t seem to care. We chose our own table and were scowled at. Upon looking at the buffet of cold meat, we were again snapped at to use the tongs on our table. After we had finished our buffet breakfast, the hot food menu option was given to us. This experience was not what we expected from a parador.
Having stayed in Cordoba previously we knew the area but had never stayed at this Parador before but would not hesitate re-visiting if we are again in the area. What a wonderful place, totally unexpected.
