Fantástico, a la altura de lo que se espera de Paradores y superado en muchos aspectos. La cocina espectacular, que nadie se pierda el Cazón en adobo. Estuvimos en 2 habitaciones, muy amplias y ambas con bellísimas vistas laterales a la Pza. De África, una mirando al puerto de Ceuta y la otra a la piscina y la playa de la Ribera. Una lástima no poder visitar las bóvedas de la muralla del foso, integrado en el recinto del Parador. Si se sumara esa posibilidad de visitar el conjunto histórico, el Parador de Ceuta La Muralla sobresaldría su nota por encima del 10. Muchas gracias a todo el personal, camareros y recepcionistas. A truly impressive hotel with a relatively recent modern extension which is in keeping with the older parts of the building. Our standard room in the extension was large, airy and very well appointed. Reception was both friendly and efficient with the car parked for us in a secure area free of charge. Breakfast was excellent with good service and a wide range of food on offer. The various historic cloisters were cool in the sun and full of historic artefacts. The older building was well worth investigating with its centuries of history in its stones. Our only complaint was with the slow level of service on the terrace experienced on three separate occasions. One should not have to wait 45 minutes after sitting down to be served. Either more staff are needed on the terrace or a training 0programme needs to be set in place.
