Es la primera vez que hago una crítica de un parador. Es una reserva para tres personas. Pero me parece una vergüenza que me pongan una cama supletoria. Estoy pagando el mismo dinero por cada persona y me ponen una cama cutre e incómoda. La comodidad y el descanso es fundamental y más en un parador. Si en una habitación van a dormir una familia de tres personas debería haber. Tres camas normales o una de matrimonio y otra normal. No una cama abatible cutre e incómoda.
This is the first time, we had a bad expiriance in a Parador. We came early but the room is ready at 2pm. At 2.20 the room was not ready. The WiFi did not work. The WiFi and password in the keycardholder did not work, they told us at the recepcion. The other one also not. In every room is internet, but not in ours. The Parador is like a museum and the gardens also Wonderfull. It Seems to be our problem, they coud not help us at the recepcion The next hotel we had no problems. So we cannot recomend this Parador.
