Habíamos especificado en la reserva dos noches en una habitación Junior Suite con cama de matrimonio y también habíamos reservado el jacuzzi/gimnasio para los dos días. Nos envían un correo confirmando todo. Al llegar a la habitación vemos que son dos camas y también nos dicen que el jacuzzi no está operativo. Además, la habitación con un importante olor a pintura, el mini bar vacío (tan solo dos botellines de agua), el aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar por la noche... y tampoco había albornoz ni zapatillas, ni peine, ni maquinilla de afeitar, etc.). Al final decidimos marchar al día siguiente, muy decepcionados... Estuvimos en este Parador ya muchas veces en los últimos años, pero tardaremos en volver como consecuencia de todo esto...
What a stunningly beautiful parador. Well worth the long drive on tiny scenic roads to arrive here.
Our room (using points) was large and airy. The swimming pool in the lower floor not too chlorine filled. A changing room would have been nice rather than using the toilets.
The building is incredible and guests encouraged to explore. The free guided tour is excellent and our guide kindly provided English information sheets to guests who needed them.
The restaurant is of course excellent. Shout out to the friendly staff. The Asturian cheese platter was to die for.
Free parking above and below ground and a lovely bar area make this one of our firm favourites.
I will say, as I always do. A hotel of this standard ought to provide complimentary water in the rooms.
Todo estupendo, el personal super amable, las calidades buenísimas, solo una pega el sofá de la suite que estaba destrozado, no había quien estuviera sentado en él, la habitación era la 422 y era magnífica.
Todo lo demás estupendo.
