En general todo bien, limpieza y desayuno de 10, garantia paradores. Pero este parador calidad precio no compensa. Supongo que pagas mas por estar alojado en un castillo, porque el baño necesita una reforma por ejemplo, pero hubiesemos agradecido saber que parte del parador no se podia visitar siendo huéspedes. Solo en grupo con guia. Por lo tanto, no lo pudimos ver. Estando hospedados no entiendo porque no podemos visitar todas las dependecias del parador, nos llevamos una desilusión.
Our stay at this property was the worst experience we have had at a parador. The desk staff was generally very pleasant & helpful but the food from the restaurant was marginal at best. When we asked for caffeinated coffee packets for our room we were told that the parador only provides decaffeinated coffee. At breakfast, my husband asked for eggs and sausage with the understanding he needed to order it at the cooking station and it would be delivered to the table not realizing he was supposed to pick it up himself. There was only one other customer in the breakfast room at the time, yet the cook and another staff member walked by our table several times without telling him his food was ready. It was completely cold when he finally inquired and was told it was ready. The next day when we returned to our room in the evening, the staff had been in to make up the room but a used coffee cup and empty hotel water bottle were still on the desk. Most of these issues are small ones but taken together have caused us to question the high standards we took for granted at paradores in years past. Very disappointing…..
Estuvimos 4 dias, hacia 9 años que estuvimos alli y nos encanto volver. Nos gusto mucho la reforma que habeis hecho, fue una agradable sorpresa... se nota que aun faltan cositas pero que estais en ello. El personal como siempre encantador.
