We arrived and were really impressed by the hotel and its beautiful location and thank you for the room upgrade and sparkling wine.
However my partner was dissatisfied and disappointed as I had rang the spa centre last week to book her a facial and massage and had also sent this through via my booking email but alas when she arrived they could not give her her treatments she wanted.
Then at dinner I had expressed a need and medical requirements for a glutten free meal.
I was given the food allergy menu board and picked the steak but was told no sauce.
However after starting and eating i was informed I had been given a glutteed meal and it was taken away.
I was told I could have meat and vegetables.
I went to the bathroom as I was upset and when I came back I had a steak and vegetables.
I really didn't want this but I was told that's all I could have.
I cant understand how the allergy menu was wrong and how a tip restaurant couldn't arrange a glutten free sauce.
I am now ill from being gluttened and really sad that I did my best to protect myself.
We flew from. Ireland to check out the hotel for our wedding and can't believe how upset I am as tryec to book the spa treatments and food to make my partner like it

Climatisation hs, minibar hs et sale.
Changement de chambre et idem.
Mini bar hs, Climatisation hs malgré grosse chaleur.
Relégation dans chambre standard sale et sans compensation.
Mépris et ignorance de la direction.
Avoir payé chambre supérieure pour 2 nuits et constaté le résultat, on se sent un peu ..............
Le personnel accueil et restaurant est vraiment très gentil et super accueillant. (Ils étaient désolé pour nous)
Le parador est très bien situé, un peu dans son jus et aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement.
Ce pourrait être un endroit vraiment très agréable.
Comment sont décerné les ( étoiles ou macarons) ?
