The place where the parador is fantastic.The builds are amazing and is really peaceful place.
I am upset with the service and with the kitchen. I think the food lacks Love an attention to detail, lacks flavour and care. My main dish the last day was just warm and of course that affects the taste of the food. the staff most of it feels like you as a client you own something to them. They were be very harsh touching on rude. That makes actually a huge difference to how comfortable you feel in a parador. It is the 1st time we experience something like that and we have been around paradores quite a lot over the years. Today, we are staying in parador Sos del rey Catolico and the service could not be so, so different, as the one from Bielsa the staff here, goes out of the way they've got a smile on their face. They are pleasing which is something that it doesn't happen in Bielsa. I'm not sure if that is because the people in Bielsa thinks we are the only hotel /restaurant around we can do whatever we want, but I'm quite sure that the organisation will be very dissapointed.
Unfortunately the above points does not out weight the beauty of the place and it will take a long time if we ever go back.
