  • Where can I make a booking? Where can I find information on availability and available prices?

    • You can check availability and make bookings through our website www.paradores.es, contact the Parador directly, with our Bookings Centre: [email protected] - Telephone: 91 374 25 00, or through your usual Travel Agency.

  • Where do I request cancellation or change of a booking?

    • Any cancellation or change of a booking must be made by the same means by which it was confirmed. For bookings made thorugh our website; through the Central Booking Centre, at [email protected] – Telephone: 91 374 25 00; or if the booking was made directly at a Parador, you can contact the establishment directly. If the booking was made through a travel agency or online booking portal, the cancellation or change must be requested directly from that entity.
  • How can I book a room for more than 3 people?

    • Contact directly the Parador where you are interested in making a booking, so that they can inform you about the available options.
  • What is the cancellation/change policy? 

    • The cancellation period is specified in the booking confirmation. As a general rule, bookings can be cancelled or changed more than 2 days before the date of arrival (counting from 00.00 hours on that day), but there are Paradores where / dates on which these deadlines are longer. It is advisable to check directly with the Parador or at our Bookings Centre: [email protected] – Telephone: 91 374 25 00.
    • These conditions do not apply if the booking has other conditions, such as the EARLY BOOKING rate.
  • I have an Early Booking, can I change or cancel it?

    • No, as stated in the conditions, this fee is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  • Where can I find the best available rate? 

    • You can check the price of a stay by going to www.paradores.es, Bookings section, and by selecting a Parador and specific dates, the system will show you the different rates available for that period, and you can select the one that suits you best. If you are an Amigo de Paradores, you must log in as Amigo beforehand in order to access the special rates for Amigos.
  • My company has a group agreement with Paradores, how can I book with my special price?

    • If you belong to a group that has an agreement with Paradores, you can make your booking, with the promotional code you have been given, through our website, through Bookings: [email protected] – Telephone: 91 374 25 00 or directly at the Parador.

  • Black Friday and Cyber ​​Monday promotional code conditions

    Offer
    25% discount on accommodation on the Parador Rate.
    Free extra bed for children up to 12 years old.
    20% discount on restaurant menu (drinks not included), not combinable with other offers, special menus or discounts.

    When can I book?
    From November 21, 2024 to February 28, 2025 (included).

    For what period of stay?
    From January 2 to February 28, 2025 (included).

    How can I make my reservation?
    Through our website or app by entering your promotional code, reservation center on 91 374 25 00, or at any of our Paradores.

    Who will receive this promotional code?
    All customers who have purchased gift boxes with a discount and exclusively within the Black Friday or Cyber ​​Monday campaigns for Gift Boxes in 2024 (from November 21 to January 2, 2024).
    The promotional code can be used to make reservations as many times as the customer deems appropriate and always during the established period.

    General conditions
    To benefit from the conditions of this offer, it is necessary to have made a prior reservation for this promotion, indicating that you wish to take advantage of it, prior to your arrival at the Parador.
    This promotion cannot be combined with other types of discounts or special prices. It is also not valid for groups.
    Prices include taxes.
    Amigos de Paradores: Amigo card holders will benefit from free or special discounts on the price of breakfast according to their card level.

    Paradores included in the promotion
    All Paradores except Arties, Casa da Ínsua and Málaga Gibralfaro.
    Cadiz: this promotion is applicable exclusively from January 2 to February 26 (included) 2025.

  • How can I buy a Gift Box in the name of a company?

    Purchasing Gift Boxes in the name of a company is very simple. You only have to fill out the purchase form for companies, which you can find at the following link:

  • I have made a purchase of a box in digital format and I have not received my invoice. How can I request it?

    If you have not received your invoice, you can request it through our contact form.

  • When does my Gift Box expire?

    You can check the validity of all our Gift Boxes very easily at this link.

    To make the query, you will need to enter the code that appears on the back of the gift card, below the barcode, and which is made up of eight numbers and a letter.

    You can also check the validity of your gift box by calling our Reservations Centre on (+34) 91 374 25 00.

  • Can I extend my Gift Box? 

    Paradores Gift Boxes are not extendable. You can consult the general conditions of the Gift Boxes in the following link:

    At Paradores, we greatly value the trust you place in us when purchasing a gift box and we make sure that you receive your box in the best condition. However, once delivered, we cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or theft.

  • Where can I buy a Gift Box?

    Our gift boxes are available in both physical and digital format on our website, within the Gift Boxes section.

    In addition, in Madrid, there is a “Paradores” space within the El Corte Inglés shopping centre, on the emblematic Preciados street, where you can also buy our Gift Boxes.

  • What can I do if I am unable to purchase a Gift Box through the website?

    If you have any problems when trying to purchase a Gift Box through our website, don't worry.

  • Can I request a refund for my Gift Box?

    If you wish to request a refund for your Gift Box, we will be happy to help you. You can request a refund for your purchase within 15 days of the date of purchase. To do so, you only need to contact our customer service by clicking on this link.

  • How can I cancel a purchase I have just made?

    PYou can cancel the purchase very easily, but the process varies depending on the box format:

    - If it is a Gift Box in physical format, you can do so through this link and as long as the order has not been processed. If the order has already been processed, and it has not yet been 15 days since the purchase, you can request a return at this other link.
    - In the case of a Gift Box in digital format, you can contact us at this link.

  • Within what period of time will I receive my physical Gift Box?

    Our commitment is to offer delivery within a maximum of 7 working days, even in times of high demand. However, this period is usually shorter.

  • Is the extra bed free for children?

    • Yes, children up to 12 years old stay free of charge in an extra bed, except on certain dates (such as Easter, summer, ski season...), when a discount will be applied on the price of the adult extra bed.

  • Are cots free of charge?

    • Yes, up to 2 years old cots are free of charge, subject to availability.
  • How much does breakfast for children cost?

    • Children up to 12 years old get a 50% discount on the adult breakfast price.
  • Are there children's menus? 

    • Yes, there are menus for children, as well as different options for allergy sufferers and coeliacs.
