Enjoying the sea and its products

In the elegant Restaurant Torre del Príncipe, with its noble wooden ceilings, the stars are fish and seafood from the fish market (hake from Burela, sea bass, small scallops, scallops, monkfish stew...) and traditional Galician dishes such as Galician beef, pies, octopus, traditional Galician broth or rice with lobster. All of this with an exquisite flavour and a presentation that has been carefully prepared down to the last detail.
