  • The numbered card, duly validated, is the only functional element of the gift box.
  • Advance booking is required and the card number on the gift box must be provided at the time of booking. 
  • To make your reservation, please provide your gift card number by calling +34 91 374 25 00, at the Parador of your choice or via www.Paradores.es. Don't forget to check the expiry date beforehand.
  • The card must be handed in at the Parador.
  • It does not exclude minimum regime/stay conditions that may be applied by some establishments.
  • The Gift Box is not extendable, refundable or combinable with other promotions or offers in force. 
  • Paradores is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
  • Amigos de Paradores: with this gift box, the advantages on the price of breakfast will not apply to any of the card levels.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
  • Product subject to knowledge and acceptance of its conditions and rules of use.

Deliveries will be made between 8.30 am and 7 pm from Monday to Fridays (bank holidays not included).

Delivery commitment: 7 working days in the Spanish mainland.
