• The numbered card, duly validated, is the only operational element of the gift box.

• The Gift Box is non-extendable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

• Advance booking is required. At the time of booking you must provide your card number, name and expiry date.

• Please introduce yourself on arrival at the Parador.

• In some Paradors, and in peak seasons, at weekends and Easter, the number of rooms available for use with this Gift Box is reduced.

• The free breakfast for Círculo cardholders and the breakfast discount for Oro cardholders do not apply to this Gift Box.

• The minimum regime/stay conditions that may be applied by some establishments are not excluded.

• Cannot be combined with other promotions or offers in force. Paradores is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

• These conditions are subject to change without notice.

• Availability is reduced on dates with high demand. However, in order to facilitate the use of gift boxes on these dates, the card can be presented, and the value of the nights and regime offered with the card will be deducted from the final price. It will be necessary to pay the difference between the Parador Tariff for the nights in question and that offered with the card.
